What You’ll Do: As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming first point of contact for clients while supporting the veterinary team with general reception and administrative duties. This is an opportunity to join an established independent practice with flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and provide professional, friendly reception support
Manage general reception duties and day-to-day enquiries
Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
Support the veterinary team with general practice administration
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Help maintain an organised, welcoming, and positive practice environment
What You Bring:
Previous experience in medical, veterinary, or allied health reception is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, positive, and professional approach
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to learn and undertake practice-specific training
Flexible approach to working hours, with part-time or full-time availability
