Enrolled Nurse – Residential Aged Care

Salary:Â $90,000/year + salary packaging

What You’ll Do: As an Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver clinical and personal care to residents while supporting their individual health and wellbeing goals. Working alongside an experienced Registered Nurse, you will contribute to a high standard of resident care within a supportive residential aged care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality clinical and personal care aligned with residents' individual needs and goals
Support residents' cultural, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual wellbeing
Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the wider care team
Exercise professional judgement and work autonomously while understanding accountability and the importance of consultation
Respond appropriately to emergency situations and provide clinical support as required
Maintain high standards of person-centred care and resident dignity
Complete relevant clinical documentation and maintain compliance with care requirements
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents and colleagues
What You Bring:
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)
Demonstrated clinical experience as an Enrolled Nurse, preferably in a residential aged care setting
Strong commitment to person-centred care
Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound professional judgement
Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
Valid Australian working rights
Availability to work Thursdays and Sundays
