Salary: $100k–$130k per year + super

What You’ll Do: As a Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across Melbourne's CBD. The role provides exposure across both pre-construction and project delivery, offering the opportunity to develop experience across the full project lifecycle while working closely with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Let and vet subcontractor packages
Track and monitor project budgets and costs
Coordinate design documentation and project information
Assist with project programming and delivery coordination
Prepare project reporting, including progress and cost reports
Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Support project activities across pre-construction and delivery phases
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
What You Bring:
Experience within commercial construction, fit out, refurbishment, or a similar environment
Strong interest in developing a career within project management
Proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to take ownership and responsibility for tasks
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong IT skills and confidence using project management systems
Eagerness to learn and develop within a high-performing construction team
