Location: Melbourne VIC (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $100k–$130k per year + super

What You’ll Do: As a Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across Melbourne's CBD. The role provides exposure across both pre-construction and project delivery, offering the opportunity to develop experience across the full project lifecycle while working closely with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Let and vet subcontractor packages

  • Track and monitor project budgets and costs

  • Coordinate design documentation and project information

  • Assist with project programming and delivery coordination

  • Prepare project reporting, including progress and cost reports

  • Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

  • Support project activities across pre-construction and delivery phases

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting


What You Bring:

  • Experience within commercial construction, fit out, refurbishment, or a similar environment

  • Strong interest in developing a career within project management

  • Proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for tasks

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

  • Strong IT skills and confidence using project management systems

  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a high-performing construction team
