What You’ll Do: As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical and person-centred care to residents with a range of physical and mental health needs. You will use your professional judgement to make clinical decisions, develop individual care plans, administer medication safely, and help maintain a supportive environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess residents' physical, psychological, and social care needs
Develop and maintain individualised care plans and detailed risk assessments
Provide safe, high-quality clinical and nursing care
Administer medications safely in accordance with relevant guidelines
Make appropriate clinical decisions using professional judgement
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents
Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Work collaboratively with care staff and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
Ensure care is delivered in accordance with relevant regulatory and clinical standards
What You Bring:
Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
Strong knowledge of current clinical practices
Experience developing care plans and detailed risk assessments
Understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, including DoLS and MCA
Knowledge of Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines and safe medication practices
Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
Compassionate, dedicated, and person-centred approach to nursing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
