About the Organisation: A leading agricultural and industrial operator with significant operations across Australia and New Zealand. With plans for continued growth, the organisation is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to provide strategic leadership across construction, compliance, and regulatory matters while overseeing the development and maintenance of major assets.


What You’ll Do: As a Construction Manager, you will oversee multiple greenfield and brownfield developments across regional NSW, Victoria, and New Zealand. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic direction across construction delivery, pre-construction planning, compliance, contractors, and project teams while ensuring growth objectives are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and expansion of agricultural and industrial operations across NSW, Victoria, and New Zealand

  • Manage key relationships with stakeholders including processors, customers, WHS representatives, trades, regulatory bodies, and employees

  • Oversee construction management of multiple developments across different locations

  • Coordinate civil, electrical, and hydraulic design and implementation

  • Prepare and manage tenders, quotations, and subcontractor engagements

  • Lead and develop a team of Construction Supervisors

  • Oversee greenfield and brownfield construction, development, and maintenance projects

  • Provide hands-on leadership while contributing to pre-construction design, planning, and project development

  • Develop functional briefs, consultant scopes, and consultant engagements

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction across multiple projects

  • Monitor project delivery against programme, budget, quality, safety, and compliance requirements

  • Travel between regional NSW and Victoria as required


What You Bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex construction portfolios

  • Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar construction projects

  • Experience across industrial, commercial, residential, institutional, or government construction

  • Demonstrated experience delivering new-build construction projects

  • Strong understanding of construction delivery, pre-construction planning, and project development

  • Experience managing consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams

  • Ability to work hands-on while maintaining a strategic perspective

  • Flexibility to travel across regional NSW and Victoria
