What You’ll Do: As a Construction Supervisor, you will oversee construction across multiple residential sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will coordinate trades and subcontractors across all stages of construction, from foundations and framing through to fit-outs and finishing works, while monitoring progress, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site teams, trades, and subcontractors across multiple residential construction sites
Coordinate construction activities from foundations and framing through to fit-outs and finishing works
Monitor project progress, workmanship, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and maintain safe site practices
Resolve on-site issues and manage competing priorities effectively
Read and interpret construction drawings and engineering plans
Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders to keep projects progressing
Support continuous improvement initiatives across construction operations
Mentor and develop team members through hands-on leadership and guidance
Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, programme, and customer outcomes
What You Bring:
Proven experience supervising construction teams and subcontractors within residential building
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and relevant standards
Sound understanding of WHS legislation and site safety requirements
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and engineering plans
Excellent organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
