Enrolled Nurse – Residential Aged Care
Location: Mount Waverley, Melbourne VIC (On-Site)

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year + super

What You’ll Do: As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical and personal care to residents. You will support medication administration, health monitoring, wound care, assessments, and accurate documentation while contributing to positive resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate medication documentation
Monitor residents' health, record vital signs, and report changes in condition
Provide basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds
Conduct assessments and accurately document care in relevant systems
Escalate clinical concerns to the Registered Nurse or wider healthcare team
Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other members of the care team
Maintain high standards of resident care in accordance with aged care requirements
Support a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment for residents
What You Bring:
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Diploma of Enrolled Nursing
Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Australian working rights
Willingness to obtain or hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Availability to work permanent night shifts Monday to Thursday, 10:00pm-7:15am
