Salary: $140k–$160k/year + super

What You’ll Do: As a Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of a major apartment project, overseeing procurement, cost control, construction, quality, and project handover. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and senior leadership to ensure the project is delivered successfully.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of a major apartment construction project

  • Oversee procurement, subcontractors, and project resources

  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance

  • Coordinate construction activities to ensure projects remain on programme

  • Manage quality standards throughout construction and project delivery

  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders

  • Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and delivery challenges

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

  • Ensure compliance with relevant building, safety, and regulatory requirements

  • Manage the project through to completion and final handover


What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction or property development sector

  • Experience delivering apartment, residential, or commercial construction projects

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end project delivery

  • Experience with procurement, cost control, and contractor management

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, quality requirements, and project documentation

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to programme

  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
