Contracts Administrator

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year + super

What You’ll Do: As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the pre-construction process, acting as a link between clients, internal teams, and external consultants. You will coordinate project information, maintain accurate documentation, support contract administration, and assist with estimating and cost preparation to ensure a smooth transition into construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries throughout the pre-construction process
Provide clients with regular updates and guidance on project milestones and timeframes
Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to keep projects progressing
Prepare and maintain accurate client files and project documentation
Assist with contract administration and associated paperwork
Build strong relationships with clients and deliver high-quality customer service
Coordinate the transition from pre-construction through to construction commencement
Assist with estimating and quantity take-offs from plans and specifications
Support accurate project cost estimates and pricing
What You Bring:
Experience as a Contracts Administrator, Project Coordinator, Customer Service Coordinator, Building Administrator, or similar role
Experience within the residential building industry is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
